YR 11 EXAM HOMEWORK

4 WEEKS TO EXAM 

By now the following work should be completed and presented in your sketchbooks:

• Artist Analysis 1
• Artist Analysis 2
• Primary / Secondary research - photos you have taken / images printed which relate to chosen exam question for the development of your ideas
• Minimum of 4 observational drawings from primary/ secondary sources in a range of materials/ techniques/ scale etc
• 2 developmental "in style of" studies reflecting the style of your 2 chosen artists

If this work is not completed it will affect how you are assessed for the 4 Assessment Objectives!

Homework:

1. Make sure all of the above is completed and in your sketchbook (You had a sheet with this information on with deadlines on when we started the exam work!!!). Make sure your work is annotated. Make clear links with how what you are doing relates to your chosen exam question. SHOW CLEAR DEVELOPMENT.
2. Produce 3 detailed compositional ideas for a personal response which are developed from observational studies / show clear links to artists studied and answer EXAM QUESTION - CLEAR DEVELOPMENT EVIDENT.

DEADLINE: 11W Monday 9th April

                    11Y Wednesday 11th April

Week Commencing 9/4/18, we will be focusing on further experimental work relating to chosen composition for personal response and creating a final compositional idea in preparation for your exam which is Thursday 19th April and Friday 20th April.  

Homework on friday 13th April will be to complete evaluation part 1 on sketchbook work produced. Evaluation part 2 on the personal response will be completed in the last hour of the exam.

ALL SKETCHBOOK WORK TO BE FINISHED IN SKETCHBOOK AND HANDED IN NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY 18TH APRIL
