DEADLINE : TUES 7th MARCH

Last week, you discussed how you would like to develop your work. You identified a theme from your "Forms" mindmap, what you will draw from observation and photograph and related Artists you would like to research, analyse and inspire you.

Task: Photograph the objects you will be drawing from observation. Print the photos off (A6 size or bigger). Bring to lesson on Tuesday 7th March. If it is appropriate, bring the object/s to school on Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th March.

1) the presentation of your research on your print artist ( lettering of title should reflect the artists style/theme of work), OR

2) Observational study of your chosen piece of work by your print artist using a media of your choice.

1. Look at PPT carefully and complete task. If you choose an artist different to those listed, check with your teacher that they are appropriate.


2. Spend an hour during half term ensuring work in sketchbook is up-to-date. Sketchbooks will be collected in after half term.

3. Soon, you will be developing your work independently based on the theme of "Forms". Review your mindmap and start thinking about how you would like to develop your work into a full project which will culminate in a final piece. (Theme must relate to forms i.e human forms, moving forms, mechanical forms etc and be recorded on your mindmap). Consider Artists work which is relevant to your chose subject matter. COMPLETE SHEET PROVIDED BY YOUR TEACHER!!
